No. TriggerGrip Pro is designed to increase leverage on your shots, not trap your hand in one exact position. Your hand can still rotate naturally on the paddle, and your index finger can shift as needed during play.
Yes. You are not stuck in one position. As your hand rotates on the paddle, your index finger will move naturally on TriggerGrip Pro, allowing you to transition between grip variations during hands battles, volleys, drives, blocks, serves, and overheads.

Install + Setup
Unwrap your overgrip → place TriggerGrip Pro on the handle → rewrap tightly → test your hold → micro-adjust → finish the wrap.
Start centered where your index finger naturally settles when you hold the paddle comfortably. Adjust in tiny moves, just a few millimeters at a time, until it feels natural.
When you grab the paddle without thinking, your hand should land in the same spot and feel secure, not forced. If it feels cramped, move it slightly lower. If you barely feel it, move it slightly higher.
Usually no. If the handle feels too thick after installation, remove one layer or use a thinner overgrip.
Yes, an overgrip is required to secure the TriggerGrip Pro on the paddle handle.

Yes. Your dominant hand still sets the base grip, and your off-hand can stack normally for support. If it feels crowded at first, try moving the insert 3–5mm lower or adding a slightly softer overgrip for comfort.
No, you can easily unwrap your current overgrip up to the TriggerGrip Pro and turn it to the opposite side of the handle and re-wrap to secure it in to prevent uneven wear.
Many players report less strain because it encourages a more relaxed, stable hold. It’s not a medical device—if pain persists, consult a clinician and evaluate your technique and paddle setup.
Yes, just unwrap your grip and remove it. Nothing permanent.
